Are you a new parent to an insatiably curious baby?

Moomin International Kindergarten specialises in Early Childhood education for young babies and children.
We offer immersive experiential learning programs and parental involvement classes to foster early childhood development to children as young as 6 months old and as young as 3 months old in our Mom and baby classes. Did you know that babies and children are learning every single moment?

Every moment is a learning moment and the parents are the baby’s first guides

The fist step to successfully navigating motherhood after bonding at home is to practice self care. The second is to bond with your baby in a social environment.

Our Post Natal Pilates Workout program is designed for mothers to exercise while bonding with your baby. And while this program is only 1 hour per week for six weeks, we also guide you through your first social and emotional experiences with your baby in our Mamma, Pappa and Me program.
By around 6 months old, your baby is ready to exponentially expand his/her world. And you may be ready to return to work, study and regain your independence. Knowing that your baby is learning at the speed her hungry brain is growing allows you to nurture your child to be ready for the real world through our regular 3 or 5 days programs.
Letting go of your precious baby is not easy. This is why we guide you through this difficult but very important process in your baby’s development.

Education and Care (EDUCARE)

In early childhood, children connect sounds to meaning, sense new objects and textures and learn their uses, observe and learn cues to communicate and experience new environments. They learn from other children, educators and experiences.

They also learn routines such as falling asleep on their own, eat independently and potty train. Educators support all areas of development so children feel valued, learn with joy and gain skills that give them the confidence to thrive.

Our interactive program provide numerous opportunities for young children to try hands-on experiential activities throughout the first five years. From learning to do tummy time with joy, to learning to creep and crawl, to moving their little bodies to rhythm, to playing with different textures, instruments and toys, to getting creative with their little hands, to sharing, learning to contribute in a group, making lots of projects, to gaining resilience and learning to think in creative ways.  All while learning about the world with our Finnish curriculum for early childhood in English.

Through a variety of experiences and care, children strengthen their neural connections and shape their development for all future learning.
